Provide advisory support during hearings and meetings, including flexible working requests, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance discussions
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries from colleagues and leaders
Work with HR colleagues to deliver the HR strategy, contributing to various projects and initiatives
Assist in developing and evolving HR processes and policies
Stay updated on HR best practices and legislative changes
Experience working in a HR or operational people environment
Strong capability in managing employee relations (ER) cases
CIPD Foundation qualification (preferably Level 3)
