Position: Brand Marketing Leader

Overview:
An established property developer is seeking a Brand Marketing Leader to enhance their Sales & Marketing division. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all marketing initiatives within the designated area and assist the Sales & Marketing Director in executing the marketing plan and driving sales for projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively.
  • Draft marketing briefs and facilitate the approval workflow.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure adherence to brand and advertising standards.
  • Engage with external partners, including PR firms, advertising agencies, brochure designers, media booking agencies, radio companies, and PPC specialists.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly PR meetings, coordinating with Sales Managers on marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Organize new site launches, rebranding efforts, and other promotional events.
  • Address social media inquiries and provide guidance on responses.
  • Prepare updates on marketing strategies for board and operational reports, analyzing regional marketing performance.
  • Manage property portal interactions regarding content feeds and performance metrics.
  • Work with the legal team to ensure compliance of all marketing materials.
  • Oversee the upload of images and virtual tours for new developments on the website.
  • Maintain the website's content presentation for the region.
  • Coordinate the addition of new developments and the removal of completed project information.
  • Engage with the existing CRM database through SMS and email marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor research and explore new marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with charities and sponsorship initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing data and provide recommendations for media strategies based on findings.

Qualifications for the Brand Marketing Leader:
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
  • Prior experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Relevant marketing qualifications.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify market trends.
  • Ability to interpret market research effectively.
