Teaching Personnel is partnering with a leading secondary school to recruit a dedicated SEN Support Staff member for their specialized Provision Unit. This is a unique opportunity to work in a nurturing environment, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored support to students with a range of SEN, including learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, and emotional or behavioral challenges.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) alongside teachers and the SENCO.
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress, adapting support strategies as needed to ensure their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to deliver a holistic approach to student care.
- Encourage and support the social and emotional well-being of students, promoting positive behavior and resilience.
- Experience working with SEN students in an educational setting is essential.

- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
