About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Mental Health Specialist Team. The successful candidate will work with children, young people, and their families to provide advice, support, and services in accordance with the aims and objectives of the service.

Main Responsibilities

The jobholder will work on a one-to-one or group basis, using a variety of interventions, to identify needs and achieve positive outcomes. This will involve working with complex cases and providing expert advice and support to families and young people.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have a relevant professional qualification and appropriate and valid UK professional registration/accreditation. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, young people, and their families.
