About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Globe Locums, specializing in Psychological Therapies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and qualifying suitable candidates to register and effectively match to suitable job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed gross profit targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Source and qualify suitable candidates and invite to register/interview
  • Qualify job opportunities, match candidates and manage the recruitment stages from CV, interview and offer, whilst updating all parties throughout
  • Effectively collaborate with teams building positive relationships across the company and with external customers
  • Maintain and forge new relationships with candidates and clients
  • Identify and convert cold, prospect and lapsed clients/hiring manager to increase active client numbers
  • Meet both existing and prospect candidates and clients to further build relationships
  • Maximise candidate utilisation and ensure database records remain up to date and accurate
  • Champion best practice to ensure prior to deployment candidates meet all mandatory safeguarding, training and compliance requirements
  • Adherence to commercial, legal, financial and data protection requirements
  • Ongoing account management of placements, check-ins to ensure continued candidate and client success, and timely resolution of any issues raised
  • Monitor placement end dates and extend and/or source new jobs for candidate/s whose placement are ending
  • Act as an escalation point and supporting team members in the absence of the Team Leader/ Manager or Desk Head
  • Deliver agreed business development or candidate recruitment project/s and/or attain and maintain subject matter expert status, as required
  • Mentor trainee recruitment consultants providing clear guidance and advice, to facilitate their success, as required
  • Provide accurate reports, as required
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements

  • Solutions focus and positivity when faced with rebuttal, rejection or objections
  • Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation skills

Experience
  • Proven track record as a recruitment consultant in psychological / talking therapies
  • Proven business development experience in the NHS, Local Authority, Private Health Care Sector
  • Competent user of IT, including Microsoft outlook, word and excel
