Position Overview:
CK Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join a leading company in hazardous waste management. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary based on experience.


As a Territory Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business development and enhance the regional customer base, achieving revenue growth in alignment with set targets. You will leverage your technical and commercial expertise to ensure exceptional customer service that aligns with the strategic goals of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue and growth targets.
  • Introduce and advocate for new service offerings as they arise.
  • Enhance sales for both new and existing clients within the Treatment Division.
  • Manage and expand the designated 'top 20' regional accounts.
  • Ensure the delivery of incoming waste meets the volume requirements for both existing and new processes.

Foster and maintain strong internal relationships with Operations, Technical Sales, and Finance teams, as they are critical stakeholders in the sales process.


Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • Proven experience in technical sales within the hazardous and non-hazardous waste sectors.
  • Strong negotiation skills with both customers and suppliers.
  • A demonstrated history of achieving sales growth against established targets.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
  • A degree in Chemistry is advantageous.
