Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) Sales team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and awareness of our innovative Freestyle Libre products across target accounts in the Birmingham/Solihull region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with healthcare professionals, key customers, and patients to drive patient acquisition, sales, and awareness of our products and digital ecosystem.
  • Educate and train patients on the use of FreeStyle Libre and our digital health solutions.
  • Develop and execute account plans to increase ADC sales and market share.
  • Build effective partnerships with target accounts by matching our solutions and value-added services to identified customer needs.
  • Implement local health economy guidance and patient pathways to maximize guidance and formulary pull-through.
  • Develop and leverage customer advocacy for ADC and its brands with key consultants, DSNs, clinical leads, payer customers, and patient associations.
Requirements
  • Further or higher education qualification.
  • Sales experience with strong selling skills.
  • Strong presentation, negotiating, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to live on territory or relocate to the Birmingham/Solihull region.
