Role Overview:

The Vice President of Strategic Accounts is responsible for expanding and managing key client relationships. This position is tasked with achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives while ensuring that all client requirements are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, an effective communicator, and a strong networker.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the growth and profitability of designated strategic accounts.
  • Ensure pricing strategies align with company policies, accurately recost scope changes, and apply suitable discounts to maintain a consistent sales presence.
  • Analyze account data to formulate strategies and develop actionable plans that are regularly reviewed against sales and revenue targets.
  • Provide necessary support for the reporting of sales, revenue, and conversion metrics for internal assessments and client evaluations.
  • Manage both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives for accounts, acting as a liaison between clients and M3EU.
  • Foster a client-focused culture within accounts, promoting strong sales practices.
  • Act as the escalation point for any delivery-related issues.
  • Collaborate with Global Sales and Delivery teams to establish uniform processes and maintain departmental procedures, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Support the Senior Vice President of Business Development by ensuring client satisfaction is prioritized across all projects and activities.
  • Champion CRM usage, providing training and maintaining accurate account data.
  • Serve as a contact for onboarding new hires within the UK Sales team.
  • Guide and mentor Client Service Directors and Account Managers, assisting with problem-solving and project planning.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance business communication, productivity, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in healthcare market research is required.
  • Experience in business development is essential.
  • Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Strong relationship-building and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication capabilities.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-discipline.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
