Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Service Care Solutions - Healthcare. The successful candidate will work with children and younger people with complex needs in a specialist Learning Centre in the West Midlands area.

Job Purpose:

The Occupational Therapist will provide individualised interventions and engagement to our young people based on clinical assessment and formulation. They will work collaboratively with educational and residential teams to create therapeutic living and learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-quality assessments and make recommendations for therapeutic interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualised plans to support the needs of our young people.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues to enhance their understanding of SEMH needs.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and younger people with complex needs, and a strong understanding of SEMH principles. They will be a qualified Occupational Therapist with a passion for delivering high-quality care and support.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £35,617 - £49,721 per annum, plus a £250 SCS Sign-Up Bonus. The successful candidate will work full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30, with 37.5 hours per week.
