Associate, Finance Transformation, Treasury at Checkout

This role will sit in the Finance Transformation Team, reporting to the Finance Transformation Manager/Senior Manager, Treasury. Our company's objectives through system implementations, process re-engineering (covering controls and risk management) and operating model design are key to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end support and maintenance of our Treasury Management System (TMS), including leading the implementation with our implementation partner as well as building/enhancing our Business As Usual (BAU) processes and controls.
  • Assist with project plans, RAID logs, RACIs, and reporting on progress to governance forums.
  • Managing BAU responsibilities, including prioritization and handling of BAU activity and KPI monitoring, such as setting up new bank accounts in a timely manner and payment statuses.
  • Experienced in finance transformation projects/programs where you are implementing systems and improving processes through process re-engineering.
  • Able to act as a deputy project manager.
  • Able to map processes, outlining risks and controls.
  • Flexibility in working patterns and projects is desired based on business needs (No day will be the same).
