About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Transformation Leader to join our Personalisation Strategy and Decisioning team within the Customer, Brand & Engagement (CB&E) function.

This role plays a crucial part in our journey to transform our capability to deliver personalised performance marketing.

As a Marketing Transformation Leader, you will work closely with our Senior Manager, Marketing Transformation, to drive individual workstreams within the programme.

Using insight from across the organisation, you will gather requirements, design new processes, and deliver change communications to support marketing transformation initiatives.

  • Experience in a marketing personalisation setting with hands-on experience with tools such as Pega CDH and/or Adobe desirable.
  • Practical experience of using an agile methodology and associated tools.
  • Excellent planning & organisational skills and ability to manage a breadth of multiple competing priorities and deliverables.
  • Creative mindset, a passion to innovate, and ability to test & learn and challenge the status quo.
  • Good understanding of the marketing and technology landscape and associated key vendors.
  • Knowledge of change management principles.
