About the Role

We are seeking a passionate leader to join our team at Butlins as part of our Accommodation and Guest Services department.

As a Venue Manager, you will play a vital role in helping our guests create unforgettable experiences. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of quality service to our guests, maintaining the highest possible standards.
  • Develop and lead a team to provide an environment where they can perform at their best.
  • Support the recruitment planning for the Accommodation and Guest Services department.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager in the day-to-day operation of the department.
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are followed across the department to drive efficiencies.
About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for self-development and a willingness to learn, along with strong communication skills. If you have enthusiasm for change, the initiative to implement improvements, and a flexible approach to working hours, you may be the ideal candidate.

You should have a problem-solving attitude, be able to think outside the box, and possess excellent planning and organizational skills. A keen eye for data analysis and an empathetic approach to those you interact with are also essential.
