About the Role

We're seeking a passionate leader to join our Accommodation and Guest Services department at Butlin's Minehead Resort.

As a Venue Manager, you'll play a vital role in helping our guests create unforgettable experiences. You'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of quality service to our guests while maintaining the highest possible standards.
  • Develop and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Support the recruitment planning for the Accommodation and Guest Services department.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager to drive departmental goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the standard operating procedures are followed across the department to drive efficiencies.
About You

We're looking for someone with a passion for self-development, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. You should have a problem-solving attitude, excellent planning and organisational skills, and a keen eye for data analysis.

You'll be a flexible and adaptable individual who can think outside the box and implement improvements. You should have a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and be able to prioritize tasks to achieve the biggest positive impact.
