We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Shift Manager to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our Guest Services Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience during their stay with us.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve guest issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure high guest satisfaction as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Foster a positive team environment and lead by example
- Handle clean and fault-free (CAFF)-related matters and oversee compensation management
- Monitor guest Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and use insights to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure health and safety compliance within your team
- Collaborate with the people team to boost engagement and retention
We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in Guest Services or Customer Service, along with a strong background in conflict resolution and assisting dissatisfied customers and guests. You should be skilled in managing multiple priorities, adapting quickly to changing demands, and effectively leading, coaching, and motivating a team.
