Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality service and maintain operational standards.
- Support and coach the team to achieve key targets, such as add-on sales and promotions.
- Ensure the team is in the right place at the right time to manage fluctuating guest demand.
- Drive guest satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the Venue Manager to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
We are looking for an experienced leader from within an F&B environment who can support the team to deliver fantastic service. You will have a proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
You should be confident in directing and responding in any situation, while maintaining consistent brand standards. Strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and engage the team, and adapt quickly to changing requirements are essential.
