Job Title: Marketing Communications & Events Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications & Events Professional to join our team at AWD online. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in delivering our communication strategies and campaigns.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Communications & Events Professional will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and web content. You will also assist in planning and promoting events, as well as developing and editing content for our website, social media, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and web content.
  • Assist in planning and promoting events, including inputting ideas to the annual events calendar.
  • Prepare event materials and help ensure successful event execution.
  • Develop, write, and edit content for various communication channels, including newsletters, website content, and social media posts.
  • Ensure that all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our messaging and branding.
  • Assist in creating and executing social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.
  • Monitor and maintain social media platforms, responding to comments and messages.
  • Support internal communication efforts by creating and distributing newsletters, announcements, and other internal materials.
  • Collaborate with company stakeholders to ensure that employees are well-informed and engaged.
  • Conduct regular reporting on the engagement and growth of digital channels, including the website, social media, and internal channels.
  • Compile and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a communication and/or marketing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to translate raw content into engaging content.
  • Experience managing social channels and web content using a CMS.
  • Experience in project management and campaign delivery.
  • Analytical skills to report on campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
