Job Title: Service Desk Manager
Location: Remote or Hybrid
Salary: £60,000
Peaple Talent is partnering with a leading organisation to find a skilled Service Desk Manager to oversee the operation of their field and desk-based Service Desk teams.
The Role:
- Lead and manage the team to support all IT Support Service aspects, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Monitor the quality of Service Desk interactions to ensure effective performance management and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
- Analyse processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend new methods to enhance efficiency and productivity.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in managing a global Service Desk team, with a strong understanding of ITIL principles.
- Excellent analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
