Job Description

At Square 4 Partners, we are seeking two Compliance Monitoring Specialists to join our team for a three-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide critical support in ensuring legal and regulatory obligations are met.
  • Develop and maintain business policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Create and distribute internal reports, including management information and regulatory updates.
  • Track and maintain various logs and calendars to ensure timely submission of reports.
  • Conduct monitoring of key operational areas to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a regulated industry, particularly financial services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good understanding of IT environments.
  • Knowledge of current regulatory trends and requirements.

Working Arrangements:

  • Hybrid working: three days in the office, two days from home.

Compensation:

  • $350 per day (three-month contract).
