Job Title: Deputy Director – Social Care

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Deputy Director to lead our Social Care strategy and programme work. The successful candidate will have a clear vision for supporting the workforce and children, including those with SEND.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of our Social Care strategy and programme work
  • Develop and implement effective leadership, people, and programme management practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful contract management
