Job Title: Regional HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and delivering strategic HR initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Regional General Manager and leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Develop and drive capability and culture across the EMEA Region of the Global Supply Chain function, to deliver the regional business plan and performance within the Company strategic initiatives.
  • Deploy, translate, and shape Steam divisional and Group HR activities, including cyclical activities such as Pay review, Bonus, etc.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate and implement a talent acquisition and development plan for the region that meets the medium and long-term needs and aligns with the broader division.
  • Ensure that HR policies, initiatives, and practices and resulting business benefits are understood and adopted in Operating Companies (OpCo) across the region.
Requirements:
  • A track record of HR Business Partnering at senior levels, talent management, and colleague engagement.
  • Organisational design and development.
  • Continuous Improvement and experience/deployment of a Lean culture.
  • Show a desire to learn and contribute beyond the HR function.
  • Additional languages within the regional area would be beneficial.
  • Have a strong commercial understanding of the business.
