Job Title: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the North East and North Yorkshire region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 150 accounts, promoting our market-leading brand and its design-led interior finishing products to fabricators, furniture manufacturers, shop fitters, kitchen and washroom manufacturers, and other related businesses.

About the Role:
  • This is a home/field-based role, with 4 days spent in the field and 1 day working from home.
  • You will be responsible for promoting our brand and products to a strong pipeline of customers, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
  • As an Area Sales Manager, you will have a strong understanding of the interior finishing market and be able to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • You will work closely with our manufacturing facilities in the UK and Europe to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the interior finishing market, with a strong understanding of the products and services offered by fabricators, furniture manufacturers, and other related businesses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • A strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
