Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Interior / Exterior Laminate Surfaces

At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our clients' manufactured range of laminates / compact laminate surfaces to a wide variety of sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, transport, washroom, hospitality, and retail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field sales position selling laminates / compact laminate surfaces to fabricators and manufacturers, with a focus on the retail sector due to high turnover of fit-outs.
  • Targeting a wide variety of sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, transport, washroom, hospitality, and retail.
  • Working closely with the dedicated specification and business development teams to develop opportunities.
  • Managing and developing opportunities in the retail sector.
  • Typical order values of between £1,000 - £250k.
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the laminate industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the laminate industry and its applications.
  • Ability to travel regularly.
