Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our team at NJR Recruitment. As a key member of our Mortgage Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our mortgage advisors and ensuring the smooth operation of our mortgage applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients, mortgage advisors, solicitors, and lenders to ensure timely and efficient processing of mortgage applications.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all mortgage applications, including filing, scanning, and photocopying of relevant documents.
  • Utilize our internal CRM system to maintain business logs and track the progress of mortgage applications.
  • Communicate with management to provide regular updates on case loads and ensure that all deadlines are met.
  • Review, update, and track mortgage applications to manage a pipeline in a fast-paced mortgage environment.
  • Handle incoming general enquiries and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
