Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team in the Hackney area. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing our home care services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular spot checks on carers in the community, identifying best practices and reporting any training concerns to the registered manager.
  2. Care Delivery: Ensure that high standards of care are maintained, adhering to CQC standards and regulations.
  3. On-Call Rota: Participate in the paid on-call rota, providing support to the care team as needed.
  4. Care Assessments: Complete care assessments and write up care plans, ensuring that individual needs are met.
  5. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with care staff and service users, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
  6. Inspection Preparation: Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC, ensuring that our services meet the required standards.
  7. Administrative Support: Assist the care coordinator with administrative tasks, as required.

Requirements

  1. Commitment to Quality: Be 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people.
  2. CQC Knowledge: Have knowledge of CQC standards and CQC compliance.
  3. Driving Licence: Hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
  4. Experience: Have experience as a Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care.
  5. Qualifications: Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
