About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Venue Manager to join our team at Whitechurch, a premium food and beverage venue in the heart of Durham City Centre.

As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of food quality and service.

You will have a strong background in hospitality management, with experience in managing teams, driving sales, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies
  • Improve operational efficiency through process improvements and cost control
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and service
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and implement menu offerings
