We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tango, a premium burger and drinks venue in the heart of Durham City Centre. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities...

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to drive high GP and sales performance
  • Implement effective labor management systems to ensure optimal staffing levels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
