Key Responsibilities:

* Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients on wards
* Work closely with medical staff to ensure effective patient care
* Develop and implement pharmacy services to improve patient outcomes
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

* 3-6 months minimum commitment
* Experience working in NHS/Private Hospital wards
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
