We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic pharmacist to join our pharmacy team at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Pharmacist – Rotational, you will play a key role in providing a range of pharmacy services in our busy acute hospital trust.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver clinical pharmacy services, including audit, risk management, and medication safety.
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of staff, including healthcare professionals and patients.
- Participate in weekend working and on-call duties as part of our seven-day service.
- Undertake an Independent Prescribing course as part of our commitment to increasing pharmacist prescribers.
- Significant post-registration experience of clinical pharmacy service delivery.
- Accurate and concise written and oral communication skills.
- Able to receive, summarise, and interpret a wide range of clinical information.
- Computer literate and able to work independently and under guidance.
- Registered as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and a Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent.
