", "p": "As a Waking Night Support Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in providing support to individuals with complex needs and learning disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
", "ul": [{"li": "Carrying out regular 'keeping safe checks' to ensure the individual's safety and comfort.
"}, {"li": "Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
"}, {"li": "Supporting with morning and night routines.
"}, {"li": "Keeping accurate records, using IT systems as required, including updating support plans, incident logs, and health and safety records.
"}, {"li": "Creating a calm and therapeutic environment for the individuals we support.
"}, {"li": "Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, feeding, meal preparation, and medication assistance.
"}], "p": "Shift patterns will be 0930pm - 0730am, with a rolling rota to ensure a good work-life balance. Full training and induction are provided, along with work shadowing. You'll be joining a friendly and welcoming team who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
