About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Care Administrator to join our team at Little Bridge House. As a key member of our administration function, you will provide essential support to our skilled and supportive multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls from families and professionals, providing a high level of customer service and support.
  • Assist with the administration of the referral process for children, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain the care database, producing reports and records of children using our service.
  • Supervise paid and voluntary administrative support as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Experience of working in a healthcare or social care setting, with a thorough understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database management.
