As an IFA Senior Administrator you would be working as a team to provide timely and efficient administration to support the IFA’s and AFH Wealth Management’s organisational strategy.

**Key Responsibilities as our IFA Senior Administrator will include**:

- Provide full administrative support to clients and IFA’s ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist with day-to-day administration of corporate clients including queries from Employers, scheme members and IFA’s.
- Liaise with external payroll providers and employers to obtain payroll/pension scheme data.
- Prepare payroll/pension data for uploads ready for the employer’s validation and agreement prior to uploading.
- Upload the pension scheme data monthly to product provider systems for submission within the deadlines set by The Pension Regulator.
- Reconciliation of uploaded employee data to check monthly processing of pension contributions, in relation to joining and leavers.
- Completion of auto-enrolment assessments and re-enrolment assessments.
- Completion of re-enrolment declarations on behalf of the employer.
- Liaise with clients and providers on a regular basis to ensure schemes are kept up to date.
- Carry out routine audits of schemes to ensure the data held is correct.
- Liaise with the Employer regarding group death in service scheme renewals assisting the IFA with the selection of scheme.
- Prioritise your workload and carry out diary tasks in line with agreed service levels.
- Accurately maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.
- Routinely and consistently follow company procedures and compliance requirements.
- Assisting the Corporate Team Manager with project management.
- Work as part of a team and accept a shared responsibility for colleagues/workloads within team as required.

**What we are looking for in our ideal IFA Senior Administrator**:

- Previous experience of supporting advisers in an office administration support role is preferable
- Previous experience of coaching and supporting team members
- Effective organisational and planning skills
- Able to work to deadlines
- Able to forge and develop relationships
- Experienced using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Delivery focused, with a drive for quality throughout
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have a keen eye for detail
- Willing to learn and develop
- Able to work as part of a team, or if required, under your own initiative
- Work as part of a shift rota pattern of 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, 10am - 6pm
