Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Medical Field Service Engineer to join our team at TRS Consulting Services Limited. As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, repair, breakdown, and maintenance of our range of highly advanced MRI Magnetic Resonance Imaging Systems located at hospitals and healthcare centers throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in the medical imaging industry.
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of MRI systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical imaging technology and best practices in field service engineering.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in the medical imaging industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MRI systems and diagnostic imaging equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the region.
