Job Overview

The Visual Merchandising Manager, EMEA will be responsible for overseeing the visual merchandising strategy across all EMEA stores and wholesale accounts. This role will collaborate with Marketing, Planning, and Retail and Wholesale teams to bring a shared global vision to life, balancing regional impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all EMEA stores and wholesale accounts.
  • Provide guidance and support to Store teams on visual excellence and standards.
  • Analyze product performance and depth to inform and coach teams on in-the-moment merchandising.
  • Develop creative and insight-driven visual plans for seasonal floor flips and product diversification.
  • Empower, inspire, and nurture performance-development.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of Retail VM Management experience within a luxury/premium brand.
  • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment, or an equivalent consumer-facing role.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong professional, cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to influence and secure buy-in on a vision.
  • Commercially aware with a keen attention to detail.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel and PowerPoint.
