Job Title: Visual Merchandising Manager, EMEA

Job Summary:

The Visual Merchandising Manager, EMEA will be responsible for overseeing the visual merchandising strategy across EMEA stores and wholesale accounts. This role will collaborate with Marketing, Planning, and Retail and Wholesale teams to bring a shared global vision to life, balancing regional impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and brand awareness across EMEA stores and wholesale accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in visual merchandising across all channels.
  • Provide guidance and support to store teams on visual merchandising standards and expectations.
  • Analyze product performance and provide insights to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers, wholesale partners, and marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, preferably in a luxury or premium brand.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and brand awareness through visual merchandising strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
