The Role

We are seeking a creative visionary to join our EMEA team as a Visual Merchandising Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing creative experiential VM projects that deliver engaging experiences to customers and drive brand awareness. Your key deliverables will include:

  • Experiential Project Management: Set, drive, and deliver the creative strategy for experiential projects, ensuring they are strategically planned and designed to deliver against objectives.
  • Creative Direction: Manage the creative process to ensure exceptional creative quality, translating global designs for EMEA-specific projects through clear briefing, managing artworkers, and feeding back creatively to bring flair to projects with care and attention to detail.
  • Project Execution: Execute innovative and world-class experiential projects from ideation and design through to delivery in-store, across and not limited to pop-ups, promotional sites, brand launches, and online. Projects will have strong impact, make meaningful connections with customers, and drive commercial and brand success.
  • Brand Protection: Lead as a brand expert to protect the brand image across all channels and online, ensuring consistency and best image.
  • Supplier Management: Engage suppliers to ensure we are working with the best partners, using the best production processes and materials to deliver quality projects.
  • Presentations and Feedback: Confidently present designs/prototypes to management for approval to progress projects at critical stages, receive feedback, and put into action.
  • Planograms and Assortments: Manage planograms and assortments across all experiential projects in collaboration with sales and marketing.
  • Creative Collaboration: Collaborate and influence stakeholders in the business to ensure the EMEA is first to market with best-in-class retail concepts that reflect our brand identity.

Who You Will Work With

You will report to our wonderful Head of Store Design & VM for Northern Europe and work closely with the team as well as the wider EMEA function. You will build and maintain strong relationships internally with the wider EMEA team and our global partners across Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Brand, Legal, and Procurement, as well as externally with retailers.
