Visual Merchandising Manager

As a key member of our Visual Merchandising team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional visual displays that inspire and engage our customers. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high standards of merchandising and presentation across our stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the visual presentation of your area, ensuring it meets our brand standards and exceeds customer expectations.
- Conduct regular comparative analyses of new and inspirational retail environments to stay ahead of the competition and drive innovation.
- Work closely with the Buying and Merchandising team to develop and implement product presentation strategies that maximize sales potential.
- Collaborate with the Retail Operations team to train staff on merchandising standards and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers and Retail Operations, to ensure seamless communication and execution of visual merchandising plans.
- Source and procure fixtures and equipment as needed to support visual merchandising initiatives.
- Communicate visual merchandising plans and ideas to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations.
- Train and develop junior team members to ensure the continued growth and success of our Visual Merchandising team.
- Proven experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role, with a strong understanding of merchandising principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Highly creative and visually aware, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional visual displays.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
