About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting goals and strategies with the organization's objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely and clear communication of changes to the workforce system.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard employee data and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
  • Implement systems to track and monitor employee workforce access levels and ensure a sign-off process is in place.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of workforce reports, performing reconciliations and quality checks to minimize errors and discrepancies.
  • Present workforce reports in a clear and understandable manner, using charts, graphs, and tables to visualize financial information and highlight key insights.
  • Support testing requirements for workforce system changes or updates.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to the workforce system.

About You

  • Have a strong understanding of workforce systems, including knowledge of functionalities, features, and capabilities.
  • Be able to analyze data, including skills in data manipulation, data visualization, and data interpretation to derive meaningful insights from workforce data.
  • Be proficient in generating reports and conducting analytics using the workforce system, including creating customized reports, analyzing trends, and presenting data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Have an understanding of accounting standards, internal controls, and audit processes to ensure compliance with regulations and accurate financial reporting.
  • Be able to identify reporting challenges, analyze options, and make informed decisions to support strategic goals.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with the workforce system.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues or challenges related to the workforce system and develop effective solutions.
