Lead Planning Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Planning Analyst to join our team at The Very Group. As a key member of our workforce planning team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of workforce reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting goals and strategies with the organization's objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely and clear communication of changes to the workforce system.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard employee data and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
- Implement systems to track and monitor employee workforce access levels.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of workforce reports, including data verification, reconciliations, and quality checks.
- Present workforce reports in a clear and understandable manner, using charts, graphs, and tables to visualize financial information.
- Provide support for testing requirements for workforce system changes or updates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of workforce systems, including knowledge of functionalities, features, and capabilities.
Requirements:
- Ability to analyze data, including skills in data manipulation, data visualization, and data interpretation.
- Proficiency in generating reports and conducting analytics using the workforce system.
- Understanding of accounting standards, internal controls, and audit processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and identify reporting challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
