Business Development Manager - Solar Energy

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Bromsgrove. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse clients' energy consumption patterns and determine the feasibility of solar installation
  • Negotiate contracts, address client concerns, and close sales to hit targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details on our CRM system
  • Deliver your own business plan/sales strategy
Requirements:
  • Essential experience in solar energy sales or a related field
  • Strong understanding of energy consumption patterns and solar installation feasibility
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in CRM systems
