Job Title: Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Employer Engagement & Business Development Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the growth of our largest clients, meeting income targets, and collaborating with employers, external stakeholders, and college colleagues to support the expansion of our apprenticeship provision and commercial income streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow key accounts and meet income targets
- Collaborate with employers, external stakeholders, and college colleagues to support the growth of apprenticeship provision and commercial income streams
- Work closely with the Employer Engagement & Business Development Team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
- Provide excellent customer service to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
