Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Employer Engagement & Business Development Team at City of Wolverhampton College. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading on the growth of our largest clients, meeting income targets, and working collaboratively with employers, stakeholders, and college colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth and meet income targets.
- Work closely with the Employer Engagement & Business Development Team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve growth.
- Collaborate with college colleagues to deliver high-quality apprenticeship provision, full cost/commercial income, and project delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Contribute to the development of business plans and strategies to achieve growth and meet income targets.
