Your team: The Studio teams at News UK consist of creative leads, art directors, project managers, video producers, picture editors, and sales professionals. Your role: As a Studio / Creative Co-ordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating and overseeing internal workflows, processes, and providing daily administrative support to the Creative Directors and the creative teams. Your contributions will ensure the smooth functioning of the creative department, enabling our teams to deliver high-quality branded content campaigns to our clients efficiently, within budget, and adhering to high creative standards.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Allocate and log resources for pitch and live projects, ensuring all work is documented
  • Assist Creative Directors in monitoring workflow tools to maintain an equitable distribution of tasks
  • Generate reports on the outcomes of briefs as required
  • Coordinate training sessions for team members as necessary
  • Engage in weekly collaboration with Creative Directors to oversee the workflow of the creative team

What we're looking for:

  • Proficiency in production and creative/editorial workflows and processes
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, such as Smart Sheets and Excel
  • Experience in delivering campaigns within deadlines and budget constraints
  • Effective management of Studio processes and workflow performance
