We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Operations Asset Coordinator to join our team at Hasbro. As a key member of our creative operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our creative assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. System Management: Assist in the management of our creative asset management system, ensuring that all assets are properly organized and easily accessible.
  2. Asset Management: Conduct thorough checks and organization of all assets, including renaming and uploading to our asset management library. Collaborate with the creative operations manager to develop and implement updates to the asset management database.
  3. Asset Creation Management: Work closely with the creative operations manager to develop and manage character art, ensuring that all assets meet the required standards and are delivered on time.
  4. Wider Team Collaboration: Foster strong communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and production departments. Coordinate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  5. Project Management: Assist with the management of all creative projects, including monitoring trackers for announcements and key dates, checking deadlines, and providing technical support to team members.
  6. Meeting Assistance: Arrange ad hoc meetings, ensuring that minutes are taken and action points are communicated.
  7. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on creative deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards and agreed conventions.
  8. Training and Support: Serve as a resource for troubleshooting issues and answering questions related to creative project management.
  9. Technical Requirements: Have a good understanding of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of applications, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Knowledge of CG and vector asset creation is also desirable.
