At Creative Crowd Recruitment, we're seeking a highly skilled Freelance Production Director to join our team. As a key member of our Creative team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our creative projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Design Director and Creative Strategy Director in managing creative and strategic resourcing using Streamtime software.
  • Liaise with the Client Account teams to ensure accurate approach to briefs and scoping.
  • Manage the accurate reporting of resourcing and capacity planning to ensure timely management of resourcing challenges.
  • Source, brief, and deliver freelance creatives to support lead creatives and Client Account teams.
  • Support the Design Director in the development and training of Creative Team members.
  • Support the Creative Team with design execution as directed by the Design Director.
Production Management
  • Support the Design Director in delivering artwork and production delivery of client briefs.
  • Manage artworking resources within the business.
  • SOURCE and co-manage external production suppliers alongside the Design Director and Client Account team.
Business Creative & Marketing
  • Support the Design Director in leading the delivery of creative that delivers against business marketing efforts.
  • Deliver creative for the company website, social content, and sales & marketing initiatives.
Business Management
  • Support the effective management of IT provision across the business.
  • Manage the delivery of assets and artwork to brief and deadline set out by the Client Account team during peak times.
