We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse / Sales Advisor - Construction Products to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Sales Recruitment Consultancy.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a distributed range of construction products, including concrete repair, waterproofing, screeding, joint filling, grouts & anchors, sealants, and protective coatings.
  • Providing excellent customer service to main contractors, sub-contractors, specialist contractors, and builders merchants.
  • Working within the warehouse, primarily in the mornings and towards the end of the day, to maintain stock levels and ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries via the telephone and email, providing advice and updates to customers.
  • Assisting with loading and unloading orders and deliveries.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in either a warehouse or sales position.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
