About the Opportunity:
Vero HR Ltd is seeking a highly driven and customer-focused Senior Telesales Advisor to join their team in Bristol.
The successful candidate will provide an excellent service to new and existing customers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met while maximising upselling opportunities to achieve set KPIs and targets.
The Senior Telesales Advisor will manage their own customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction while resolving customer queries regarding orders and products, making outbound calls and updating systems accordingly.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a sales-driven environment and is looking to progress their sales career within a supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in a sales role
- Experience of working towards set KPIs and targets
- Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Ability to work in collaboration with other departments to maximise customer service and increase sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload
- Good IT skills
