Job Summary

The Advocate Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our premium brands within the London on-trade market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the on-trade industry.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and effective use of data.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the FMCG industry, with a focus on premium brands.
  • Deep understanding of the London on-trade market and its key players.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
