Position Overview: The Guest Services Coordinator plays a vital role in collaborating with the Hospitality Manager and the Assistant Hospitality Manager to ensure the delivery of exceptional front and back of house services at UK Finance.
Key Responsibilities:1. Efficiently serving and clearing catering items from meeting rooms, ensuring timely service.
2. Maintaining the coffee machines in the front of house area to ensure optimal functionality.
3. Conducting regular inspections of the members' area throughout the day to uphold a clean and organized environment.
4. Performing waiting duties for fine dining lunches and dinners, with additional hours compensated as overtime.5. Undertaking general kitchen responsibilities, including the laundering of tableware and linen.
6. Managing stock control for both front and back of house consumables (such as wine, coffee, tea, and squash) and monitoring inventory levels.
7. Ensuring the proper care and maintenance of kitchen equipment.8. Supporting the Facilities team during peak periods or in the event of staff absences.
9. Assisting with furniture relocations as needed.
10. Undertaking any other reasonable tasks as required.
