We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Compliance Specialist to become a vital part of our team at Fresh Direct.
Your role will involve supporting our dynamic Transport Team by overseeing and organizing the daily vehicle compliance obligations to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
As a Fleet Compliance Specialist, you will engage with both internal teams and external partners, addressing fleet management issues that are expected in this capacity.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling routine vehicle inspections and coordinating servicing and maintenance in accordance with established inspection timelines, while also keeping our compliance tracker up to date.
To qualify for the Fleet Compliance Specialist position, you should possess relevant experience in a comparable role, along with a solid understanding of transport O Licence regulations.
Your tasks will encompass a variety of administrative duties, including the verification and validation of documents through both traditional and digital systems.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records are essential, as you will conduct regular inspections to ensure that all vehicle defect reports are accurate.
