Job Summary

We're seeking a Transportation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you'll be responsible for collecting and delivering vehicles within agreed timescales, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You'll also be responsible for completing forms, taking digital photographs, and gaining signatures from customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and deliver vehicles within agreed timescales
  • Complete forms and take digital photographs as required
  • Gain signatures from customers
  • Highlight any defects identified during loading/unloading of vehicles or as identified at the handover of the vehicle to the customer
  • Ensure all jobs are referenced and filed on completion of job

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience of driving within recovery
  • Customer-focused with great customer handling skills
  • Knowledge of the local area
  • Current valid driving license, which meets the fleet insurance criteria
